Returns:

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
  • Is unused and in its original condition.
  • Includes all original tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Has not been customised or altered.
To initiate a return, please email us at [support@shopnavira.com] with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Please note:
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.
  • In case of rejected returns (if the product does not meet return conditions), the item will be shipped back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse.
